Library Essentials: My Library Account

Your library account is created once your student ID card is printed. So once you have received your student ID card there should be a library account within a day or two.

To view your library account go to the library catalogue.

Click on My Library then My Account:

You will then be taken to the page in the image below where you will select TU Dublin Login:

Here you enter your Single Sign On details which are your TU Dublin student email address and the password for that email.

Viewing your library account allows you to:

• See what items are checked out to you
• See when your items are due to be returned
• Extend the loan on your items
• Reserve items that are on loan
• Opt in to 'reading history' to keep a list of what you borrow from the library
