Where can I get help?
There are a few ways that you can reach out to the Library:
1. Your home library is your first port of call if you have any general queries, for example locating a resource from your reading list in our collections, or any issue with your library account. Ask at the library desk or email/phone your home library directly.
Prefer to chat online? Pop your query into the LibChat pop-up box on the library home page, and chat with a member of library staff during our opening hours.
2. Your Faculty Liaison Librarian is available to assist you with more advanced queries, such as finding resources for your assignments, understanding and using library databases, developing research strategies, evaluating information, and referencing. You can call or email them directly. They can also meet with you in person in the library or online via MSTeams (contact details in table below).
3. If you are a postgraduate research student, researcher, or research-active staff member, members of the Research Services team are also available to help you find what you need.
