It's Freshers' Week at the National Gallery of Ireland.
Several events are happening at the National Gallery that may be of interest to freshers' Fine Art students.
These include: a free mindfulness tour for third level students ; an introduction for third level students to the gallery's library and archives; etc. More information about these events can be found on the National Gallery website.
The Gallery advertises this programme as offering "free tailored tours and introductory sessions for first year students to explore your new academic resources, make friends, and familiarise yourselves with the Gallery before term begins!" Not a bad idea, as this is one place you will likely be visiting again during your studies.
