Reflective Practice by Models provide a framework to guide you through the steps involved in reflection. Models can be basic, like Driscoll’s, which is a three step plan or much more detailed and structured such as Gibb’s model, which has six steps. The models share similar characteristics such as; descriptive, analytical and critical sections and a final section that outlines a plan for the future.
