Library Support

Hi. I’m the Faculty Liaison Librarian for Sciences and Health.

Finding the right quality information resources at the right time can sometimes be a bit daunting. Library and research support is available to all students from first years getting started in the library to final year students or postgraduates working on their dissertation. Academic staff are welcome to book an information resources class for their students during the academic year particularly for students working on their final year dissertation.

I can help with any of the following:

  •  Finding quality information for your science assignment or literature reviews.
  •  Searching the range of subject databases and devising an effective search strategy
  •  Current awareness and bibliometric tools.
  •  Open Science resources
  •  Referencing your sources

One-to-one support is also available. Email me to make a MS Teams appointment or I can meet you on campus.
