So why use journals? Journals contain current academic or scholarly research which is not found in textbooks. Information is published in articles on a monthly basis and consists of reports on current research by qualified experts in the field. Articles are usually peer-reviewed before being published to maintain a high research standard. The library provides access to a large collection of print and e-journals.

Academic Search Complete is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 5,300 full-text periodicals, including 4,400 peer-reviewed journals.
