Building Multi-Stories_a Guide to Inclusive Referencing

Building MultiStories is a project developed by the Blanchardstown Library service with the School of Business on the Blanchardstown Campus. It aims to help staff and students diversify curricula in a number of ways:

• Teaching students how to search effectively for resources and sources that incorporate diverse voices and perspectives. 
• Helping staff to diversify their teaching resources and resource list.
• Developing accessible library collections that will make finding resources easier.
• Diversifying the library collections, both in terms of voice and perspective, but also resource type - looking beyond text and academia to find new voices.

The Discover Diversity Collection was developed as part of this project, and this as well as other recommended resources are detailed throughout this guide.
